 “ALL ACCESS MEMBERSHIP” is for access to ALL Equinox Fitness clubs EXCLUDING the following locations: “E” at Columbus Circle; 76^th Street Transition Facility; Executive Facilities at Chicago Loop.

“CORPORATE ACCESS MEMBERSHIP” is for access to ALL Equinox Fitness clubs EXCLUDING the following locations: 63^RD Street; Greenwich Ave; Columbus Circle; “E” at Columbus Circle; 76^th Street Transition Facility; Executive Facilities at Chicago Loop.

Guidelines:

MBA Corps administrates this Work-Life Benefit.

MBA Corps members are eligible to enroll anytime during a given month, with an effective Start Date the first day of the following month. (Members essentially get the balance of the month in which they register for free.) 

One must be a registered MBA Corps member and approved by MBA Corps to enjoy the generous Equinox Fitness Club Benefit. 

Step 1. The Registration Form is accessed through the www.mbacorps.org/benefits page.

Step 2.  To be approved by MBA Corps for this program, please call (212) 786-3351. 

 Please register before calling.  

Step 3.  Once you have completed Steps 1 and 2, you can join the Equinox Fitness Club under the MBA Corps Benefits Program by visiting with an Equinox Membership Advisor at any Equinox location. The membership advisor will confirm your eligibility and approval with MBA Corps. 

Payment of Fees:

Members agree to pay monthly fees as of the first day of each calendar month, or on the anniversary date of their annual membership. 

The first monthly payment will be for two months. Thereafter, members will pay the monthly fee.

If payment is late, MBA Corps reserves the right to suspend usage privileges or cancel  membership.  The members shall not be relieved of the obligation to make payments agreed to, and no deduction from any payments shall be made because of a member's failure to use the Equinox facilities.

Cancellations:  

Membership term is continuous, month to month, or year to year, until the membership is properly cancelled.  Membership may be cancelled upon written notification to MBA Corps, prior to the last day of the current calendar month, and will be effective as of the last day of the next calendar month. 

Hold Harmless and Waiver of Right to Sue: 

The member agrees to hold harmless MBA Corps from and against any and all amounts payable under any judgment, verdict, court order or settlement for death or bodily injury or the damage to or loss or destruction of any real or tangible property.

Limitation of Liability:

MBA Corps shall NOT, under any circumstances, be liable for any claim from the Member or based upon any third party claim or damages of any nature whatsoever, or for any damages even if the party or its affiliates have been apprised of the likelihood of such damages occurring. The member will not bring any legal action against MBA Corps.
