Common Threads, Uncommon Achievements, Upcoming Challenges

James E. Fuchs and Charles Moore were exceptional athletes who went on to lead numerous corporations through outstanding business careers. Today we find them at the helm of two philanthropies making important contributions to improve our world. We hope you can join us for what is sure to be an enjoyable evening. Down Town Association. 60 Pine St. NY, NY. (Directions Below) An appropriately august venue for such an event, the DTA has had presidents, secretary of state and secretary of war as members. It is one of the oldest clubs in the U.S.

Silver Shield Foundation provides scholarships and other benefits to the children of police and firefighters killed in the line of duty in NY, NJ and CT.
